The same way we'll act if someone has a Christian avatar. We'll wait until the user with a problem discusses matters with the user with the avatar, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, then we'll take further action.

However, some people might argue that the US law does apply to internet businesses, like MX, which are based in the US. It's a real grey area. I read something that when the United States government was cracking down on torrent sites and stuff, sites that were based in other countries didn't have to worry about being shut down because they weren't based in the US. Something like that, I think.
