waddaya think guys? if i hadnt feared that the strings on my other bass are to fat for My geddy bass, i would have changed it to them... but i want Flatwound in regular gauge for the safety of my bass neck....

A louder Jazz Bass, Norwegian brand only.. its Most exelent for the price, but i need new strings(i dont need new strings, but i dont like the coating on the Elixirs thats falling of.. it shows 'kin good on Maple Fretboards...) and i realy want the two Tech 21 pedals... if im gonna use them in any band conection exept for our Rush Covers, i dont know

I'm kinda kinda tired, it's about 3 in the morn over here.
good rats 04-07-2005 11:26 AM

Haha, nah, I'm in Australia.

Thunder Fingers 04-07-2005 11:26 AM

They are MUCH cheaper than Elixir's...

And i have the Seve Harris Sig's on the louder, so yeah.. i know that they are expensive :thumb:

the bright side, i dont have to change strings in some years....

ah well - you cant have it all
just out of curiosity - are all the girls in aus short?

good rats 04-07-2005 11:30 AM

I'd get some flatwounds if I had a job, and if I had a second bass, so I can keep one roundwound, and the other flatwound.

kilian 04-07-2005 11:30 AM
Flatwounds will stay good for quite a long time

I have them on now for 2 months and still sounding the same
I am a flatwound advocate, they still have a lot of growl! But without the annoying too high, too bright thing :chug:

good rats 04-07-2005 11:31 AM
ah well - you cant have it all

 Ummm, they aren't all short, these all kinds of heights.

Jamie 04-07-2005 11:32 AM

Ive got roto swing 77 flats on my spector fretted. Love it!

Mauville City is the place im trying to go. It says I can either take the cucling route or go the low road where i would have to fight pokemon. But the entrance to the low road is blocked by those mean gang members that I had a fight with earlier...

Im confused!

Oh, geez, I wish I had ruby with me now. Have you fought the gym leader yet?

T2k5 04-07-2005 11:34 AM
ahh darn...my bands just had a practice cancelled..thats twice in two weeks...its time for some *** whopping.
We have had 5 cancels in 2 weeks and we have a gig next thursday. The bad thing is that our drummer is new (the 4th drummer in 2 months :p ) and has only practiced with us once. He's an excellent jazz drummer so as long as we can practice a bit before the show, it should be ok.

Jamie 04-07-2005 11:35 AM
Oh, geez, I wish I had ruby with me now. Have you fought the gym leader yet?
2 of them. I kicked both of their asses!
