Does anyone have Sabbats Dreamweaver or Mourning has Broken?

Apocalyptic Raids 04-21-2005 08:42 PM

I have Dreamweaver.

Also, FaceInTheSky is it just me or is your link to Destruction System broken?

ForiegnPenguin 04-21-2005 08:49 PM

How is it compared to History? By the way, just ordered The End of the Beginning.

Apocalyptic Raids 04-21-2005 08:52 PM

I don't have History.

ForiegnPenguin 04-21-2005 08:59 PM

Well then, how is it?

RavenousMetalist87 04-21-2005 09:03 PM

History of a Time To Come is a good album. I must say it's truly a work of art. Andy Sneap knows how to thrash with the rest of Sabbat.

Oy. That site the Corporal put for Razor's site. HOLY **** MAN! I didn't believe that I was missing out on such great stuff!

I just started listening to the soundclips to Edge of the Razor and The Marshall Arts.

 pure...pwnage

That scream at the beginning of the Marshall Arts...that's...****ing awesome XD

I Just saw Kreator, it was the best show EVER!!!
I was right at the front of the stage, I touched Mille and his guitar, I was so close that he spit on me when he screamed Impossible Brutality. I can't talk my voice is gone from screaming. I can't hear, because it was so loud. and I ache all over from being pushed. It was definatley worth it. There was an amasing local Thrash Band (yes! real thrash) called Atrocity. They ruled
I am tired, I will now proceed to pass out. Good Night

SLATANIC-666 04-22-2005 02:25 AM

lmao, that sounds like one hell of a show \m/

Next time Kreator play near me, which they rarely do :upset: , I'm gonna make the effort to see them.

Never, EVER wash your face again.

ThrashMaster27 04-22-2005 05:08 AM

Hahaha, that reminds me of Doug. When he held Pattys hand on the rollercoaster. Ahhh, I'm talking crap. Anyway! what was the Kreator setlist like?

I know that local band you're talking about, Its actually spelt Atrosity. One of the members is on the Exodus board and he was talking about them being support. Here's a link to their site http://www.colfaxhigh.com/Talent/Bands/atrosity.htm

:amaze: Nice.. what was the setlist like?

Got Years of Decay today. I've listened to most of it, and apart from the amazing songs (Elimination, I Hate, Evil Never Dies) its nothing special. Birth of Tension is good, but that Skullkrusher thing is just too long, and sound a bit too doomy.

FatalEnergy 04-22-2005 12:49 PM

Lets see this probably won't be in order, I'll do the best can

Choir of the ****ed
Enemy of God
Impossible Brutality
Phobia
Pleasure to Kill
World Anarchy
Voices of the Dead
Extreme Aggressions
People of the Lie
Riot of Violence
Terrible Certainty
Betrayer

-Encore
Flag of Hate
Tormentor

Corporal Compendia 04-22-2005 12:59 PM
Corporal, I think my love for Razor is just about as strong as yours. What are your thoughts on Decibels?
Worst Razor album... it doesn't crush your skull like a lot of the earlier albums, but I do still like it!
So I've got some Razor DVD coming to me in the mail... nothing official, but it was being sold by The Canadian Metal Merchant, which was somewhat of an official merch site for Razor and a few other GTA legends. Can't wait for that.

I don't want to get flamed for this, but I wanted to ask a question and didnt want to start a thread, and thought this would be the best place to ask, so I just wondered if anyone could help me.

In Lamb of God's instrumental track, 'Ashes of The Wake'. Does anyone know what exactly it is that soldier says in the spoken word section which lasts from 00:50-01:20? Cheers to anyone who could tell me. To save me starting a new thread like.

Corporal Compendia 04-22-2005 01:08 PM
Can you give me any advice on crossover stuff Corporal?
Crossover is a totally... fun genre. Speed and catchiness is the name of it's game.
Here's a few essentials. If you don't like these, then the genre probably isn't for you.

DRI - Dealing With It
Cro-Mags - The Age of Quarrel
Crumbsuckers - Life of Dreams
Cryptic Slaughter - Convicted

That should do for now. Get downloading!

I ended up hauling in a few CDs as well.

Destruction - Live Without Sense
Overkill - Taking Over, The Years of Decay

I wasn't expecting to find Live Without Sense either. I actually went to the mall to get some camoflauge pants from the Army HQ Store, but they weren't what I wanted plus for 10 more bucks, I could've gotten 3 CDs.

So I did that and ended up getting all 3 CDs for good prices. :D

metal-militia 04-22-2005 02:37 PM

Nice one. I really want Taking Over and Feel the Fire. Has anyone got Wrecking your Neck Live by Overkill either? I've got Wrecking Everything and i think its great, i just wondered if the other live album was as good.

SLATANIC-666 04-22-2005 03:20 PM

I'm really digging the 'Kill at the moment, I ordered Under the Influence today from Amazon, I've decided I'm gonna get all their albums. So far I have The Years of Decay, RelixIV, Necroshine and From the Underground and Below, here's to lenghty process of getting those remaining albums \m/ :chug:

shut the hell up, i was as nice as i could, so please, piss off. Go post in rock and metal and ask it, im sure you will get a reply. Why did you think a Lamb of God question would be answered in thrash?

Under the Influence is good, it sounds quite a bit like Years of Decay.

Oh man, this is how all internet forum skirmishes should end :thumb:

Can't wait for that 'Kill album to come, I never used to like the 'kill all that much, now I'm almost addicted

RCA 04-22-2005 07:26 PM

I don't see how any true thrasher can NOT like Overkill.
