Radiobass81 09-18-2004 09:47 PM

Well, I'm going to bed. Later.

Crapdragoon 09-18-2004 09:48 PM

I just put new strings on my bass.

I LOVE THE SOUND OF NEW STRINGS :thumb:

GeezerRULEZ 09-18-2004 09:48 PM

LoL. I dunno. You got me!

Have any of you guys ever used Guitar Pro?

EDIT: Making love to bass = Playing until fingerd bleed.

Foxfire 09-18-2004 09:50 PM

Yes, I love Guitar Pro.

I copied all of Classical Thump into GP. Doing Stomping Grounds at the moment, and then Sometimes I Laugh.

Radiobass81 09-18-2004 09:51 PM

No ones says goodnight anymore :upset:.

And GuitarPro is cool, but there are better out there IMO.

Foxfire 09-18-2004 09:52 PM

Goodnight Radiobass.

And there are, but I got Guitar Pro full for free. Might as well take advantage. :p

Good night. :thumb:

gaslight 09-18-2004 09:53 PM

Yeah.

I have this imaginary band and I write their songs in Guitar Pro 3.

GeezerRULEZ 09-18-2004 09:53 PM

Guitar Pro Rules! I use it a lot to communicate songs to my band after I write them. Since Midi are super tiny they are real easy to send back and fourth.

GeezerRULEZ 09-18-2004 09:54 PM
Yeah.

LOL!!!

risbo 09-18-2004 09:55 PM

I use finale... Is that like guitar pro? I compose stuff on it with a bunch of different instruments it's nice. But the guitar sounds like keyboard.

Foxfire 09-18-2004 09:55 PM

Suggestions for songs to increase finger speed? I was thinking of trying to do Glass Prison.

Learn as much of chromatic fantasy as you can. That helped me out a bunt load.

GeezerRULEZ 09-18-2004 09:58 PM

Yeah it does. I like guitar pro because of the tab thing. My band memembers can't read sheet music and play it on guitar. I picked up reading sheet music on the bass because I started playing upright about 6 months ago.

A true man/bassist has to play upright atleast once. It's hard!

Alma 09-18-2004 10:42 PM

Some Billy Sheehan/Mr. Big songs. Most of glass prison isn't actually that fast, it's the matter of learning all of it and been able to endure the whole 14minutes of it.

Alma 09-18-2004 11:20 PM

that would be tough

True.

But as yours is simply a signature. Mine actually has a meaning, because, in fact, I am amazed.

popinfresh 09-18-2004 11:31 PM

Hmm, I'm gonna join the airforce I think.

Crapdragoon 09-18-2004 11:34 PM

australia has an air force? what kinda planes to they have, beat up b-52s?

haha im joking.

Alma 09-18-2004 11:40 PM

FA/18s, F-111s, soon we will be getting X-35s to replace the FA/18 and we're getting FA/18 super hornets to replace the F-111s. IMO we dont need to get rid of the F111s. they are **** good.

Our navy's even better. We have rubber duckies!

Alma 09-18-2004 11:58 PM

popinfresh 09-19-2004 12:02 AM

I want to fly in a tomcat. Always loved them.

'The Joint Strike Fighter is designed to replace the A-10, the AV-8 Harrier, F-16 and the F/A-18.'

Why replace the harrier with the JSF/X-35, jump jets are cool ><

Crapdragoon 09-19-2004 12:17 AM

cause harriers are super old now in technology, sure they can just thrust up and go, but ... so? :p

popinfresh 09-19-2004 12:21 AM
cause harriers are super old now in technology, sure they can just thrust up and go, but ... so? :p
lol, i know :p

The X-35B can land vertically anyway. I'm half satisfied. Still, it's an ugly plane.

Alma 09-19-2004 12:37 AM

Tomcats are ****ing awesome planes, however ive always loved the design of the F-15s.

the sound of afterburning engines, is a good substitute for an orgasm

popinfresh 09-19-2004 12:43 AM

^ha, true.

I like the look of F111's still. And they get to like mach 2.2 or something like that.

ScorpSath 09-19-2004 12:46 AM
