I think it sounds a little more HXC mixed with metal. I think their sound is great, especially since the singer is the same guy from Norma Jean.

It's pretty much however you choose to. I'm basing mine off of people that make meaningful posts and help out in R&M, whether they come in once a week, are on 12 hours a day, or retired over a year ago.

What happens if some retard posts all people from the Pit, or Guitar etc.

For example, both Papa Shank and Drybes are cool, but neither really come to R&M, do they?

If they post people who don't come into R&M we kick them off the bowling team.

Er, I'd imagine they'd be told to correct it, and if they don't, void it.

We need more members for the bowling team though. :(

If we go with 40 people, then I think we should be able to vote for 20 people.
