All of those bands you posted are pretty good. I especially like Cyclone Temple. :thumb:
Yeah they are good. The vocals are different for a thrash bands which i think makes it sound good. I think I Hate Therefore I Am is the best album... everyone should check it out.

RCA 04-20-2005 05:10 PM

Definately.

NP: Abomination - Over The Edge

Corporal Compendia 04-20-2005 05:44 PM

NP: Infernal Majesty - None Shall Defy
I love this album... I do.

So the word on the street is that Overkill is on that supersize Megadeth tour this Summer. That's cool indeed.

If that is true, I'll definately be trying to nab a ticket!

I just finished listening to that second Morbid Saint album. While it isn't as relentless as SoD, I happen to like it. The songs work well; on their own or listened to one after the other. The highlight for me is Living Misery. The part that starts at 2:31 is just VICIOUS!

RavenousMetalist87 04-20-2005 06:12 PM

If the Corporal speaks the truth, count me in

I tried listening to the Morbid Saint album. For some reason the volume is rather weak. I started to get a bit fustrated, but I just had rebooted my entire computer and it tended to get ****ed up here and there.

I'll give it another shot tonight. As for the ammo belt, I wonder what'll happen if I wore mine out in public...hmm

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 06:19 PM

You'll look like a terrorist.

RavenousMetalist87 04-20-2005 06:37 PM
You'll look like a terrorist.
Lol. I never really thought about that but now that you do mention it, I'm kind of unsure about what the cops will do >.>

Normally where I hang out, there's not many cops around. Now if I goto to this city called Monrovia, they'll definitely be on my *** about it. Plus, I saw some punk guy wearing an ammo belt like 2 weeks ago on Main Street. Hmm...I could always say "It holds my pants from falling...seriously".

Ahh...way off topic. I guess I could add another thrash CD to my collection sometime. I was thinking maybe Taking Over (if my Local Best Buy has it), and then if I have some money left over next month, I'll get another one. Right now I pretty much stocked up on the music, so now I'm trying to save up so I can get out of the box called my room XD

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 08:47 PM

Defenitly buy Taking Over, its one of their best.

Freezing Moon 04-20-2005 09:03 PM

I just got my first Destruction CD... Release From Agony. This is awesome from the few tracks that I've listened to so far. I'm going to have to look into them more.

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 09:05 PM

You should probably buy Eternal Devastaion or The Anti-Christ.

FatalEnergy 04-20-2005 09:09 PM

Yeah, they never released a bad album, at least not with Schmier, Release From Agony is the best!!!!!!!!! As you can tell it's my favorite Thrash Album. All the others are great too, go track them down

Yeah, this is great! If they're all pretty close to being this good then I know I can't go wrong with one of their CD's.

I can't believe it, but I missed Kreator and Vader on the 18th. I found out about it on the 19th. :(

That would have been an awesome show.

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 09:35 PM

Oh, it was.

Freezing Moon 04-20-2005 09:41 PM
Oh, it was.
:(

Oh man I wish I had known about it earlier. I definitly would have gone, that would have been so cool.

FatalEnergy 04-20-2005 09:50 PM

KREATOR Tommorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 09:51 PM

Theres always next cd.

OVERKILL ON SUNDAY

FatalEnergy 04-20-2005 09:53 PM

yeah, but Kreator takes a long time to come around, The Gap between Violent Revloution and Enemy of God was 4 whole years

ForiegnPenguin 04-20-2005 09:55 PM

Way to crush his spirit.

Freezing Moon 04-20-2005 10:37 PM

...

:upset:

Oh well, at least I know that there are some other good bands coming near me sometime soon. (Hopefully the huge Megadeth tour thing).

FatalEnergy 04-20-2005 10:51 PM

Yeah, Mustaine said something about Overkill playing too. That would rule

Freezing Moon 04-20-2005 11:17 PM

Hell yeah, that would rule if they did!

That tour sounds cool already, and it keeps sounding better. I may have some serious driving to do this summer to get to it.

RCA 04-21-2005 06:14 AM

See, Dave still appreciates the thrash scene!

DisposableHeroes 04-21-2005 10:57 AM

Do you reckon Dave will split 'Deth up after this gigantour? I hope he doesnt, personally

Edit: Also, anybody know anything about a band called Excel?

Corporal Compendia 04-21-2005 11:19 AM

Fellas, Friends, Dudes, Amigos, Partners in Thrash... do you know what I hold in my hands RIGHT NOW?! A little album called Shotgun Justice...and I am in fact LOVING IT!

Note: I have somewhat of a problem guys. I am a Razor junkie, and only through you guys, can I get my desires to talk RAZOR out! I'm making it one of my official life's missions to... FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING WITH RAZOR RIGHT NOW!!!

DisposableHeroes 04-21-2005 11:49 AM

Corporal Compendia 04-21-2005 12:48 PM

Great, a site that hasn't been updated for about 3 years... thanks anyways man.

My best bet, is this one:

http://www.bobnoxiousrock.com
I shall contact Bob through this... hopefully.

DisposableHeroes 04-21-2005 12:59 PM

Yeah, sorry about that. Didnt notice it hadnt been updated for that long

Can you give me any advice on crossover stuff Corporal?

metal-militia 04-21-2005 02:01 PM

Razor are quality, but its impossible to find Razor albums in the UK.

That Megadeth/Overkill thing better come to UK

Corporal: Infernal Majesty are indeed great. What do you think of the more recent stuff they've done?

RCA 04-21-2005 04:01 PM

Corporal, I think my love for Razor is just about as strong as yours. What are your thoughts on Decibels?

BTW, I was just in a car accident like 10 minutes ago. :(

I don't think so, I remember hearing something about him wanting to record a new album with the new line up, I don't know if that is true or not, but I think is
