Actually, that has nothing to do with it. You can post pictures on any of the forums.

No you can't. MX only put the IMG tag on the review forums so people can post the covers of the ablums. In none of the other forums can you put the IMG tag around something. Trust me. I failed horribly. And was laughed at.
