I would delete it. He knows what hes doing, and what will happen as a result.

I did delete it. I also ask for a long ban, if not permanent. He made this thread to annoy people, after what he posted in reply to me, I believe he deserves a large ban on his main account. That guy wasn't even a good user to start out with.

He'll just make another account.

Yeah. But it's getting late and not too many people are on. He will make more threads and just keep spaming, and that's why I reported him. I don't report too much stuff, but when it comes to people who have been sort of a serious user, and he's just looking for some vengence, then that kind of gets annoying.
