trophy scars is a good band, but i wouldn't go out and say that they are one of the best bands mentioned in here.

yeah i must agree. they are a tad overrated around here.

rememberthisgayness is 12 but has the intelligence of a pencil.

They were one of the first emo bands I really got into, so i have a strong affinity for them.

You guys shouldn't hate on Underoath. They used to be a good band.

I can see where some people might think they were a good band, I disagree but will respect that opinion. Unfortunately, they are now a horrible band, and that is the Underoath that rememberthisgayness is currently infatuated with.

Yeah, but a lot of the original bands I got into through this thread aren't even emo, so now I have a habit of lumping them with it. Stuff like Trophy Scars, Idiot Pilot, Hot Cross, The Fall of Troy.

When I first got here everyone was calling them emo, except mainly torn and a few others.

Hot Cross is emo.

The only really indie I know of that I like is new A Day In Black and White, and a fe wodd bands and singers.
