interesting, i didnt think Out of... had ever been played live, i thought Nicko couldn't do those bass drum triplets in the chorus fast enough night after night, but i suppose they could have played it at a couple of dates.

ah yes, i remember when i first heard that riff................i had just bought powerslave and was flicking through the tracks and i came to 'flash of the blade' and i thought ''**** thats a cool riff'', so i picked up my guitar and sat and tried to learn the song.

of course i eventually got to rotam and all previous thoughts of flash being awesome had gone :)

That's story is a lot less interesting now that you actually said it.

It should have started with -
"It was a lonely, starry night on that fourth day of May..." sort of thing. I'm disapointed.
