I used 2 type *extremely* fast with qwerty, touch typing from the age of 4 or something. and I can honestly say I'd rather type 30wpm with dvorak... it's *way* more comfortable.

qwerty is a serious RSI & CTS risk (I'm guessing there r some college guys in here that write lengthy papers every now and then)

+ 99% will increase their typing speed using dvorak

that defeats the entire purpose of touch typing... u don't see a piano with notes on it, nor should a keyboard have letters on it. if u look down while typing u will not reach a good speed.

aactually i forgot to mention that the reason i brought it up was the risk of injury


some palyers expecially in korea play all fucking and do nothing else for years, they do get injuries but i dont think dvorak vs qwerty would make a diff
