If you can find the demo called Tears From A Greaving Heart, be sure to get it too.
It's a demo, but it's like an hour worth of high quality funeral doom.
Great production, great songwriting, very solid release.

Are you writing the review for Sputnik?
I most definitely will, if it's anything like the monad of creation. And yeah, it is for sputnik. My 50th review! Hopefully it turns out good.

It was really awesome Lee.
I wasn't into them so much before, but I'm going to hunt down some CDs now. :D
*looks for it*
It's a project by Baker from Nadja, on guitar. And two other short wave radio artists.
It's weird but very good.
The release I have is called Nagual.

Good to hear.

I love this kind of music, it's over before you know it(:(), because you get so sucked into it by the amazing atmosphere.

Daven 04-20-2008 11:25 AM

Yeah, besides its so cool to relax, read or even study with.

the2stranger 04-20-2008 11:28 AM

Agreed.

I'm now listening to Skin Turns To Glass, rerecorded version, by Nadja.
It soundsgood, because the production and instruments are more beefed up then on the 2003 version.

np: Sandskin

Daven 04-20-2008 11:30 AM

I need so more Nadja, I only have Truth Becomes Death.

the2stranger 04-20-2008 11:32 AM

Get Bodycage, Thaumogenesis and Radiance Of Shadows for sure.
Actually they have no bad release, but those are essential.

Daven 04-20-2008 11:33 AM

Will do, will do.

the2stranger 04-20-2008 11:40 AM

I'm uploading the Merrell Baker and Jordan release for Mike, if you want I can send it to you too Daven.

repcak 04-20-2008 11:58 AM

Do anyone of you know "Southern Kvltlords" - they are awesome!

their quality sucks a lot, such a strange garage-band but i think, they have quality:
my favourite songs so far:
- BROOOH
- Hijah
- Infernal and tortured screams from the vnholy chasms of the northern fjords while reigning tyranically over the pitifull peasants of sickness (the songtitle is even longer than the longest songtitle by nile )
- Zoveel BM

YOU HAVE TO CHECK THEM OUT :D
