in other grind bands, I love pig destroyer, Assuck is entertaining, repulsion is really good. but nothing really has come close to Discordance Axis.

yeah, I was really impressed. I enjoyed Jouhou, but it wasn't as good as TID. I did notice that I had to listen to it all the way through completely at once to get the most enjoyment out of it, are most grind albums like this?

Welcome to the grindcore thread, and ya TID is pretty much the best grind album you'll ever hear.

I think everyone should listen to [I]Sexless//No Sex[/I] and [I]Glacial Reign[/I] the whole way through. [I]Deconstruct[/I] rules, too.

^Deconstruct is my fav of the listed.

I'm either the whole album or the first quarter, I find the first quarter is usually the best.

It feels wrong not listening to the whole album.

It depends on the genre, really. I think hip-hop is the best genre for picking and choosing songs.

Other things I tend to listen to the whole record, particularly with grindcore because the whole album happens so fast that it almost feels like one piece to me rather recognizing individual songs that are like fifty seconds long.
