yeah i guess its something you just start doing once you have that first big disappointment. although i usually tend to buy tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster kiosk at the supermarket, that only works when i'm at home and not school (don't know where the nearest TM is here).

I'll try and but from a local record shop if I'm worried about it selling out, but I'll go off the internet if I have even the slightest doubt.

i saw minus the bear once, and they played pretty solidly, no surprises, executed all the songs. the crowd wasn't really into it so they were limited. i enjoyed it.

Its their calmest and most popular. It consists of slow acoustic guitar with washes of noise, but the noise isn't as harsh as their other albums. I would reccomend [I]Distance[/I] or [I]Chorus[/I] for starters, then [I]Further[/I].

plus i've seen plenty of them on YouTube and didnt hear any problems either.
