Well you obviously didn't read my previous post. Jazz and Classical use far more/various instruments than metal. They also happen to experiment a lot more rhythmically, and while there will always be progressive metal, a genre like Jazz inherently has lots of odd time and syncopation, and odd phrases, etc.

That flag is hilarity, the main USBM trend is gay tbh. They would be better off with a flag that had an arm and a ribbon tied around the wrist.

I agree when that statement is applied to metal, however since I don't really listen to metal anymore I wasn't really using that statement in the context of metal, rather I meant that I find music styles like classical and jazz that do those things a lot better than your average Darkthrone or Burzum clone.
