One of my friends from college used to be able to play it facing away from the screen, but in the arcade where he couldn't cheat with mirrors. I believe he just played one song so much he knew all the moves, to maximise the showoff factor.

muse, franz ferdiand, and pearl jam are rumoured to be headlining, they are annoucing it all on the day tickets come out.

Hmmm, can't say I'm overly keen on any of those. Although Muse would be worthwhile - even though I'm not a fan I hear they're amazing live.


Although saying that, last year I didn't like any of the headliners, but still had an ace time. It's all about waking up when your tent gets too hot to bear anymore (about 9), followed by day-long drinking and bong hits, seeing bands you love, filling the gaps between them with whichever random tent takes your fancy or hanging out with wierdos who are camped near you, and staggering off to sleep when the cumulation of wrecked-ness forces you to crawl back to bed (about 4, in my experience).


I love festivals.


Speaking of which, I see the line up for Slam Dunk so far is FOB, Hundred Reasons, Capdown (<3), The Academy Is... and The Hush Sound. With more to come, folks!

I LOVE muse, and ive seen them live on TV, and downloaded videos, and got Live at Glastonbury, when i get payed im buying the Absolution tour DVD, man, i cannot wait.

Chris: Favorite Accident is such a catchy song, and so is that song that's like "I'm on fire, and now I think I'm ready to bust a move. Check me out I'm rockin' steady!" The Future Freaks Me Out? The Red Dress is cool, too. Not a big fan of them but they're decent, I guess...better than most crap out there.

Damn Gav, you are good. I was listening to "My Favorite Accident" as I posted that.

Sirens is incredible. The instrumentals are so good, especially "They Made Me Do It." I love how they keep doing that reprise of the main riff from "No Sign Of The Messiah, Part Two (which I can play!)" which is probably my favorite instrumental ever.

MCS is good. The first cd.
