Cool.
I just read that they are from a town 20 kilometers away from me :)
Seeing live a band that comes not far from where you do is cool.

Yesterday, I went to my drummers house, practiced a song that we want to play at the end of the year talent show. We realy need practice though :p .

the2stranger 12-04-2005 03:33 PM

Ollie: if you like DT as muchh as you do (A) check out Sun Caged (damn I'm really whoring them aren't I ?) they're a mix between, well DT, Symphony X and Dragonforce?

I heard a few tracks of them before, but their live performance blew me away :)

You can get a Conklin 7-string from musiciansfriend. If you go to the Conklin website you can see some 9-string basses.

Is dredg supposed to be like that or is it Dredg (Regarding no caps)? Cause it really bothers me when stuff isn't correct/consistent.

Base price for a 9-string is $5100. Than there are options out the ass that can jack up the price like crazy if you have expensive taste.

I know one bassist (who sucks beyond belief) and one drummer. The drummer is the only metal drummer in the whole freaking city so he's always in 10 bands at a time, and we never get to use him. It's just me and another guitarist. :(

Pfffft, you guys should be sweet and use the new chart image thing on last.fm.

Bartender 12-04-2005 04:11 PM

My audioscrobbler has not yet updated. Ergo, not cool.

Stormrider 12-04-2005 04:11 PM

Does this piss any of you guys off too, When someone thinks there all cool and stuff, because they listen to" heavy" music ?

Thats the case with a lot of the people at my school.

Not be an a*shole or anytihng but a lot of the guitarists at my school are sloppy and play "loose" as hell.

Goos singers are rare too at my school. And I know about 4 or 5 bassists in my whole school.

Sorry I acted like a jerk in this post.
