They aren't harder on a fretted, but the problem is the fret can sometimes stop the harmonic. Obviously, fretlesses have no frets, so the harmonic doesn't stop.

i just got home from a tournament - ie. just got home from the stadium
im upset coz i can do better than what i did. you no not upset upset just dissapointed.
