Working on it p hard. Meeting with a trainer twice a week, he's an exercise physiologist, not some weirdo curl-till-you-spew personal trainer.

Exercise wise? 7km run and 1km swim er'yday. Bunch of plyometrics like dips and planks for neuro stimulation. Yoga too.

I think it was mostly diet though. I got fat 'cause I was on steroids for a medical condition, but was lazy and not exercising. I stopped them and also cut out wheat, dairy and hydrogenated oils. So now I just make sure I get 200g of protein, some decent natural-based fat (i.e. getting fatty cuts of steak that's good quality, but not using oil in cooking) and only having carbs in meals before midday. I do a bit of IF too.

Nice. Yeah I've just been losing it by walking 2 hours every other day with a weighted pack and cutting out sugar

went down from 185 to 180. it is weird because I look skinny even at 185 idk where the weight came from.

I sleep 7 hours a night, and eat decent food. Today I had chips/fries for the first time in like three weeks, and that's because I'm having a week of rest due to my hip strain. They'll be the only ones I have too. You can't expect your body to perform if you're putting shit into it all the time.
