I belong to BBYO, a jewish youth movement.

BBYO is divided into chapters. Each chapter is run by an executive. On top of this, the whole country is run by a national executive. Each executive has 6 positions: President, Vice President, Programmer, Administrator, JZA and Welfare Officer.

What each position does is immaterial.

I'm my chapter's JZA, and for the last 9 months or so I have been planning to run for President.

Suddenly, the national exec have decided that they think I won't make a good President, and have decided instead to appoint people to certain positions instead of holding democratic elections, as is the norm.


What do i do?

Get neked and dance.

i can't really complain. who to? BBYO is run entirly by people my age. and it's the national exec, the people that run the movement, who are conspiring against me. who do i complain to?

erm Gur I'm not too good at this but I'd say just I dunno ask if this is the norm procedure etc and ask for valid reasons why the normal way doesn't work or whatever- not too sure though :(sorry
