Jessie is a whore
Who supported Al Gore

Rhymes ftw.

Jon 10-05-2006 05:13 PM

I like the new MCR song.

I think.

I'm afraid to admit it.

:upset:

edit: has anyone got a copy of Decline... Part III? I've never been able to track it down.

Rise Me Up 10-05-2006 05:21 PM

What is Decline...Part III?

AIRIC 10-05-2006 05:22 PM

Decline Of The Western Civilization i'm guessing.

Jon 10-05-2006 05:33 PM

Yup.

Excursions 10-05-2006 05:36 PM
Yup.
Isn't that a lame metal version?

Rise Me Up 10-05-2006 05:47 PM

Oh I want to see the Decline... 1

coheneran 10-05-2006 05:57 PM

NoFX - The Decline is one of the most pwning punk songs ever.

Jon 10-05-2006 06:13 PM

Nope.

Decline 1 is LA Hardcore Punk (79-80 I think it was filmed) - Germs, Black Flag, Catholic Disciple, X, FEAR

Decline 2 is hair metal/metal in general - Alice Cooper, Paul Stanley, Megadeth, London, WASP, Wet Cherri, a load of other bands.

Decline 3 is LA street punks in 97

SantaDuJuan 10-05-2006 06:22 PM

Does anyone else have a weird feeling about seeing videos or documentarys about things you love?
Like Punk or something along those lines?

I don't know, I just like explode a little when I see somethign wrong with it. But I think the Decline is cool though, I might download Part 1.

Jon 10-05-2006 06:29 PM

Depends how its portrayed.

Its weird when its actually something that you've actually been around for a period of time and something that has been integral to your life during that time is featured.

Case in point, one of my regular pubs was closed a month ago, one of the London papers did a video on it. I know everyone in the video, Max and Carmen are two of my best friends and yeah.

The BBC evening news also did a piece on it but its not on Youtube.

I can't decide whether to watch the Punk Rock Movie (its on Google Video), Hated, or Decline Part 1.

I'm leaning towards Hated because I haven't seen it for a while and can't be bothered to download PRM.

IgniteYourAvail 10-05-2006 08:08 PM

Why is documentary filtered to documentary?

Anxious 10-05-2006 08:10 PM

On the subject of "punk" movies, Repo Man sucked.

Rise Me Up 10-05-2006 08:29 PM

SantaDuJuan: Do you even move your butt to a song?
SantaDuJuan: Like when you're sitting?

Seriously, how do we have muscles in our butt?

Oh right, I just assumed it wouldn't be because of copyright.

But your best bet is still probably eMule or something

Hey guys I have a couple questions:
Would you use a mailing list (for album downloads) if I started one in here? Do you want one?

and

Would you participate and contribute if I put it together?

Angry Balled Fists! 10-06-2006 12:30 PM

there used to be one. fyi.

coheneran 10-06-2006 02:15 PM

Yeah, I used to run it, and we had a thread for it, but Nick said it was against the rules, so I started doing it from a blog, but I don't have p2p (network firewall) so I relied on people sending it to me and me sending it on to the list. But people stopped sending me stuff pretty quickly. I suggest making an e-group so people can send stuff straight on. Of course this usually results in tonnes of emails and spam, but if everyone set their membership onto weekly digest, it's one email a week full of music.
