Problem occurs in the dispensing of meds. At work I find it confusing when the meds cards don't match up with the med boxes. So med card will say Duloxetine and the med box will say cymbalta, for example.

Valium is the brand name of diazepam.

I think you'll find Australia is a country/continent whereas Australasia refers to Australia and the neighbouring countries and Oceania generally doesn't actually include Australasia in it's grouping unless it's for the sake of making region definitions.
