I think Gaahl is one of the best vocalists in Black Metal.

[I]Twilight Of The Idols[/I] has one good song, "Procreating Satan". Gorgoroth are meh most of the time.

Under the Sign of Hell is easily the best, Pentagram is good too.

i'm trying to find and download some of the stuff i listened to when i was like 12-13, in 1996-98. i listened to a lot of norwegian and swedish black metal, as was fashionable at the time, but i can't remember all the bands. who were big around that time? does anyone remember?

Samael is good. I only heard Blood Ritual, though. I need to get the first few demos and the EP.
