Dayum dude! That's gotta suck. Are you sure your motherboard supports 256mb cards? Maybe you forgot to uninstall the onboard drivers and there is a driver conflict?
I don't have time to physically check tonight but the sucky thig is, my LAN is down so I can't check for drivers.

It seemed to be working though as I run my moniter through the graphics card fine and the LED fan for it is on.

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 03:22 PM

Ive got a Geforce 5750. You wont regret that AMD 64 chip. Even in a 32 bit environment you still notice a difference with it. I need to upgrade me ram and get the nice HDD i saw and then add a second GFX card and im ready to roll.
I just finished reading the chapter in Fight Club where he is talking about how he got the wart on his pecker frozen off when I read that
The blood is popping up all around it in a little bubbly pouch that is kinda soft. I could pop it and blood would fly out huuuge. The wart is the little dot in the middle. Bwahahhaha.

Jezen 09-20-2005 03:24 PM

I shouldnt of bought a GeForce FX 5200. :upset: I left my ATI Radeon Hercules Prophet 8500 at home in Australia. I'll probably go get it at easter.

Once again: LOOK AT THIS! ITS FUNNY AS HELL!
Anyway i just made a little recording of me jamming along to Houses Of The Holy by Led Zep. I'm using brushes and theres clothes on the toms and snare and a pillow inbetween the bass drum batter and beater but it came out not bad regardless.

Just going to bump in the hope that someone listens to it..

And Plan B, that wart is nasty, i've never seen one that bad before.

Jezen 09-20-2005 03:33 PM

I would ultimately like a 1 TeraByte hard drive.

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 03:33 PM

Im gonna be getting into it. But im mainly gonna be using it for online gaming

BB i beat you to that. Ive been lookin at prices an tha' as well. They're about £1500

Double Bass Jim 09-20-2005 03:34 PM

Haha damn man what are ya gonna do about that thing?

Jezen 09-20-2005 03:34 PM

I used to play CS: Source on a Pentium 3. Why so much expensive hardware?

That much hard disk space for online gaming?

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 03:36 PM

Because it keeps it secure for ages. No point buying standard hardware now because it'll be obsolete within the year. if i buy advanced stuff i wont have to upgrade as quick.

Ally, the HDD and the T1 are for use with azurues and limewire if you catch me drift

Der Meister 09-20-2005 03:37 PM

I could live with a 40g HDD, mainly because I catalouge everything to DVD so I don't have it clogged up with films and music.

I had a 20g last me the past 3 years

Edit: oic ;)

Plan B. 09-20-2005 03:39 PM

It was treated today, that's why it got all big, hahaha.

Now it's just a matter of time until it just withers off! I'll be glad to get this virus off of me. I had to pay $30 bucks for the treatment because OHIP doens't cover warts unless they're on you're penis. Blasted hand wart...

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 03:41 PM

I'd hate to have genital warts. Imagine how ugly your dick'd look *shudders*

Double Bass Jim 09-20-2005 03:43 PM

At least you didnt do what I did, I had a wart on my foot the left side edge. It started to hurt so bad I just gave up, I went into the bathroom and ripped it out with a pair of needle nose plyers hahahah. MAN it hurt but it never came back

Jezen 09-20-2005 03:43 PM

I lasted 6 years on a 7gb HD. Anyone feel sympathy?

RushHourSoul 09-20-2005 03:45 PM

 I lasted 6 months on a 6GB

Double Bass Jim 09-20-2005 03:47 PM
OWW, I thought they grew back? must have ripped it really bad/hard
Haha ripped it out 100%, I made sure of it.

Plan B. 09-20-2005 04:08 PM

Well, I did try and shave it off with a razor, twice. Came back both times, bled like hell too.

Jezen 09-20-2005 04:09 PM

That sounds like it would really really hurt.

I heard about one guy who had a big one right on the end of his nose. He popped it, and the blood ran down his face, then suddenly his face was COVERED in warts.

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 04:11 PM

haha owned. It hurts enough shavin over a spot let alone a wart.

Jezen 09-20-2005 04:12 PM

I have never tried shaving my face. Hence my "Peach Fuzz".

Drum Phil 09-20-2005 04:14 PM

I shave select area's of my face which just so happen to include most of my hair. Not my chin mind. Hence my chin pubes which are well on their way to braiding length

styler 09-20-2005 04:19 PM

lol bb that is hilarious...bloody hilarious

Seafroggys 09-20-2005 04:21 PM

AFter about 6 days of not shaving I have half a beard going. GIve it 2-3 weeks and I got an actual beard (not one with length below the chin, mind you, but your basic short cut beard).
