Wait what?
In short, what paint do you guys usually use for your shirts? Also, let me add on to that, what do you use for jackets? |
So guys.
My boyfriend's birthday is coming up. Next month. We were talking yesterday, and he was all like "Man, I wish I could find a Leftover Crack t-shirt" [I was telling him I have one, but it's a skirt now...yeah, you guys saw that]. But I don't know his t-shirt size, so I thought, hey, back-patch. I'll make him a back-patch he can stick on a shirt or jacket or what-have-you. Now my question to you would be -- What would be the best way to do this with insanely limited resources [read: with every day household items beacuse I've no cash to buy anything more with nor will I be able to drive up to Tucson any time soon to buy said "more"]? And I mean seriously, like. Beyond sharpie =/ |

Oh on my leather I used tippex (whiteout?) for the hanoi rocks logo and a few other bits Gold permanent paint pen for the outline on one of the lapels http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y194/jondz3003/IMGP0085.jpg http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y194/jondz3003/IMGP0058.jpg |
I really need to get back into DIY stuff. I tried to make a Municipal Waste stencil the other day, and I just failed horribly.
|
Anyone have a DIY way of fixing hearing? For over a week I haven't been able to hear correctly, and often when I breath, I'm also sort of breathing out of my right ear.
I'm scared that I've done permanant damage :( |
sounds like some sort of cold. I guess just eat vitamins and drink lots of water/ soup, should go away quick enough.
BTW sweet jacket Jon |
You aughtta clean your ear out with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip

Beyond sharpie =/
His t-shirt size probably wouldn't be too hard to figure out. if he's average weight and is like, 5'3-5'7, he's probably a medium, any taller probably large, and if he's chubby add a size. Or hell, next time you're making out with him take his shirt off and look at the size. As for the back patch, a sharpie would probably work. I've never tried it, but those silver sharpies might work on dark fabric too. Either way, just buy a $2 shirt from your local thrift store, cut it, and go nuts. |
ITT: Dumb Jon.

That's kind of redundant. |

Never seen him in a baggy shirt, but his shirts always come down all the way. Confuses me, it does. But thanks mans, thanks. |
well tbh they're all huge influences on me, so that's what I go by. If you don't like them then that's cool by you, but you can't say that they aren't/weren't punk :)
I'm 5'11 and wear small or medium shirts. Medium does it pretty well actually, a bit baggy because I'm a stick. Just check his shirt tag next time he's asleep? |
Or hell, next time you're making out with him take his shirt off and look at the size.
^^^ this part. if you go by his size then he may like shirts to large for him or to small. (ie im skinny and easily wear mediums, but there uncomfotable so i wear XL) |
I'm very skinny and mediums are too loose for my liking, I wear smalls, or kids age 12-13. But age sizes are different for each brnd n ****.
Also, what bleach would be suitable for making designs on T-Shirts or Jeans? Not for tye dying, just rough painting. |

So don't say leather jackets aren't punX, because they are :p |
