It's a nice looking bass. Over the last few days, I have fallen in love with the Yamaha BB605. It's cheap, and it's so beautiful, it's got so much versatility and is really nice to play. I'm defiantly going in to Billy Hyde's tomorrow to play it again. And if I'm lucky, I can get it a lot cheaper, because my best friends dad used to work for Yamaha so he can hopefully get it cheap, straight from the supplier.

I'm learning Havic's tapped version of Chameleon, its really hard.

Yeh, well I can't tap... I tried tapping Jerry Was a Racecar Driver, and I can do the main riff, badly, but it just sounds wrong... I mean, I know I'm playing a 5 string, so its not exactly the same, but it still sounds bad. I need to work on accuracy and finger strength for tapping. I can't coordinate my hands very well. JWARCD looks like a fairly easy song as far as tap goes? God, I suck.

The forum is going TOO slow today.

I can' t tap for **** either. How long you been playing for?

I am slowly getting better at tap, I love tapping its like my favorite thing to play. IMO tap>slap.

Chameleon is hard cause you have to 2 different rythms at once like this.
