They're my favourites.

Well I find most FII songs boring except for Peruvian Skies, Hollow Years and Hell's Kitchen.

Trial of Tears is one of my favourite DT songs.

It really sucks that Myung doesn't write lyrics much. 'Tears was awesome.

Take away my pain, Anna Lee and New Millenium goes in there too.

I think we've covered the whole album, bar Burning My Soul and you Not Me.

Yeah...I wouldn't say Hell's kitchen and lines in the sand, personally, but there you go, that's personal opinion and my preference of ballads.

Line in the sand is a great song. I think I listened to it 20 times yesterday.

it's the only DT song i cant stand. lines in the sand that is.

however, i do think burning my soul and you not me are bearable. funny haha.
is it wrong if i think maiden is kinda boring compared to DT? i have their entire discography but none of em hook me as much as like...octavarium or I&W

I like Burning My Soul and You Not Me are good songs also.


There is nothing wrong with thinking Maiden is boring compared to DT. I love Maiden, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

FII isnt as bad as people make it seem.

My favorite DT song has to be The Glass Prision. I love progressive metal and Dream Theater is my favorite band. Glass Prision changes alot and that is a quality I like.

I think The Glass Prison is definitly one of DT's worst songs.

I agree. Its good, but they have much better songs.

i think as of right now FII is my favorite DT album, of course that changes from month to month depending on what i have been listening to recently, but the whole album is awsome, you not me kind of sucks but it does have that totally badass guitar interlude, besides that the album is awsome, trial of tears, lines in the sand and hells kitchen are three of the best soings they have ever written IMO

My favorite DT's song is Stream of Consciusness, and I also like the version of Hollow Years in the Tokyo DVD.
Element of LED 435: I already sent you the CD of Octavarium, I had a lot of problems, many storms right now in my country so the connection was terrible. Hope you like it.

The solo is one of my favorite guitar solos of all time. He never plays it the same live though. :( (I'm saying the part at the very end of the solo when he does that really crazy slide that goes "weeeeeEEEEEEEEEE")

Stream Of Conciousness is amazing. Definitely one of my favourite DT instrumentals. I love it to death!

Also, I quite like the Glass Prison. Never really had a problem with it.

EDIT: Scratch that. I'd say SOC is one of my favourite DT songs ever!

SOC is amazing. One day I'll be able to play that guitar solo.

Lie is awesome, it's one of JP's best riffs.
