Awesome.

There it is. Not very good, but not terrible. At the end my mom asked me if I was playing guitar, so that's what that little tidbit at the end is.
i think that was very good :)

Jimmy 10-23-2005 05:41 PM
I used to be able to. I haven't played it in many months, so I don't know if I can still. I'll see later.

Thanks for all the good words on that recording.

LAP is definitely awesome. Some people don't like the CG bits with the planets and stuff, but I think it's cool. But the best is probably just the band walking around the volcanic bits, without their instruments. I just think that part was cool.
That's the director cut version. The best is the original, which is also included on the Director's cut dvd.

I could easily see myself becoming a regular there.

magicbus 10-23-2005 10:11 PM

 Those are his only 3 posts.

Anyways, The Division Bell is really cool. I almost got it at Best Buy today, like, I was holding it in my hands. I decided to get some halloween movies instead, but I'll get it next time.

NP: High Hopes (what a killer slide solo)

Ahh, You get your name in Italics, I wanna become a mod, just for that reason.

I've sampled Pink Floyd in a few songs I made.

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/songInfo.cfm?bandID=327367&songID=2398387

In this song I sample Is There Anybody Out There. I'm probably gonna remake this one of these days (it was made a few months ago, when I just started beat-making) cause I'm not too happy with the drum-sounds.

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/songInfo.cfm?bandID=327367&songID=2612978

In here Goodbye Blue Sky is sampled, and again, it's very obvious. I'm quite happy with this one tho, not planning on remaking it.

All feedback is much appreciated off course. Both of these are quite hiphoppy, so you might think I've raped the songs.

And to make this on topic, A Saucerful of Secrets is a great cd.

Britton 10-25-2005 03:10 PM

Yes it really is. It's a shame about syd

moaner 10-25-2005 03:48 PM

Jugband blues is a great song, and "Corporal Clegg" is fun, but the version of saucerful of secrets on there is distinctly average compared to the live ones.

Damn .. Terrible spelling, and no, he does not have the first strat ever. It's #1.. but it isn't the first ever.
