Ya, a compact flash memery card is gonna cost at least $70. I had some great songs on there too. Songs that I can't rerecord because they were improvised.

That's why I tend to just record onto my computer.

Except you also have to take into consideration that I pretty much never record on my computer.

Well, if I would have recorded in my computer, I would have lost a ton of my other songs when my computer got reformated. Plus, I spend a ton of time recording and I wouldn't be able to spend that much time recording on my computer, what with other people in my family needing to use it.

See, I have a second harddrive (Admittedly, I got it back when I used WinMX and downloaded stuff CONSTANTLY); however, now I can use it for recordings and stuff, and just back them up when I reformat.

Usually, though, I prefer to keep ideas in my head, so nothing (short of amnesia or my brain exploding, or something similar) can get rid of them.

i just wonder... is he doing a clinic for Fender or EBS? cause this store sells both....
