i own a record label/ recording studio with my friend. if anyone in the greenbay, wisconsin area wants to record. were your guys

Man, my band's last show was so much fun. By far our best performance in our 5 months of existence. I'm so glad my brother actually put his recording equiptment to use and recorded it.

i have yet to record anything live with my band. it would be fun though.

At our shows, everyone in the band gets drunk, and anyone who is coming is usually going to bring or share booze, or bring weed. I've been sober for some of a show before, and the music was still good. But everyone enjoys themselves no matter what.

At the last one, there were only 2 bands because it was snowing heavily that night. We ended up having a snowball fight in a library basement. Everyone fell on the floor afterwards because it was wet.

Our shows rule.

One time me and the band got super drunk and tried to play. It was only practice but is so bad. I was so drunk, I couldn't even feel my bass. My hands were numb.

Tomorrow (in NZ time) marks the birthday of one of MX's finest posters. Adam (Excursions) is turning -- thats right -- 18 years old tomorrow! I was there Friday. I saw World/Inferno. Then I stepped outside and saw the most cops I've ever seen in one place. It was insane. There were cops holding night sticks in both hands. There were police everywhere. It was scary as hell. I was afraid someone was going to punch one of them or something and they'd start beating everyone up. They made everyone leave and I guess the rest of the fest is cancelled. I was told that it got even crazier after I had left. I heard that on Friday some punk kids that were around there were messing with some cops. I also heard that on Thursday a convenience store got robbed. Can't imagine they'll be able to have another Pointless Fest ever again. Pricks ruin it for all of us. R5 said the Church isn't shut down though so that's good.

That ****ing sucks, you guys should find out who the kids were and organise a mass beat-down.

That's so fked up. I was looking forward to PF forever, and now I cant go the one day i wanted to.. I was going to go to the WIFS show and Sunday's show, but i ended up not going. Good thing I didn't I guess. The fest is canceled forever.. I would be the first in line for that mass beatdown w/ a bat in hand, thats for sure...

Yeah, I'm Joe. And the library stopped having shows. We had 3 shows there, and then there was a hardcore show, and the library had a fit after that. So no more library shows.

We're supposedly playing in a YMCA in Skippack on the 26th. If you want, I'm sure you could come. As long as we're having it, that is. I'll talk to the rest of the crew about it.
