Had to go down to my campus today to make sure some paperwork that is taking three fucking weeks to get sent to a guy down the street got it. The lady didn't even know who I was talking about even though their departments closely work with each other and she goes "Who the [B]hell[/B] is X????". Way to be professional.

Fucked up my legs working out yesterday and I have popping hip now, ugh this sucks, gonna elevate and ice for the whole of today see if that helps.

never had any need to work out my legs at the gym other to see how much can press really. Cycling and football are enough to keep them in shape.

I'm not sure what caused it exactly it might have been the job I don't do too much leg workouts at the gym typically.
