I was wondering if I (or someone else) could make a R&M thread similar to [url]http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=376945&page=1&pp=25[/url]. I'm not sure if its already been attempted and failed etc. which is why I'm asking here =]

I think we tried it and it failed, but I'd be interested in it if someone wants to run it again.

Metalhead617 stole the idea from MXican and ran with it. He didn't put much effort into organizing it, or really doing much of anything. :p I'd try to ressurect it sometime in August, or the end of July, but it phayled again. I'd like to start over with it, as there is only really one thread/band who accomplished anything. (Tool) I'd love to just start with a clean slate and do it, but I don't think it would work that great. :shrug:

Yeah, it needed better organization. And even once the deadline came up (August 1st, I think it was), no one ever said anything.

I would be interested to try it out. I really thought it was a great idea. I think it was attempted in the Opeth and Tool Threads...but nothing really came from it.

I would be interested in doing both if they came up, or even doing anything would be nice. I know everyone can play guitar, but meh! :p

In light of the fact that there are many people doing their own FA's or series's I guessed that the mod's are trying to stop so many being started. If I was to do one on a band majorly different to most of the FA's out there is it still likely to be closed/get me banned??
