Jeez man. You got any bills?
All in my bank account, but my housing/food is pretty much all payed for same with little things like laundry and stuff, so it's kinda just like my leisure money and I'm pretty frugal in general.
stopping the fat bags could be a start
Maaaaaan. :/

Nostalgia 03-24-2010 01:03 PM

I dunno, nothing that's going to be over $5,000 though. I have zero credit right now, so I'm thinking of getting financed on a cheaper car to build my credit as well as get me a better ride.

5k will buy me a good used car though.

masscows 03-24-2010 01:13 PM

nice dude

are you living by yourself now?

Nostalgia 03-24-2010 01:18 PM

Nah. If I do get a car I'd like to have most of it paid off by the time I move out... plus, I'd like to be finished with most of my schooling before having to pay bills. I'm not really in too much of a hurry to move out - I'm still only 19 and I'd like to mooch off my dad for as long as it's socially acceptable (I think it's around the 21-22 mark)

masscows 03-24-2010 01:23 PM

yeah, saving money is never a bad thing

I'm gonna be 20 when i move out this fall, I think that's a good age. I probably wouldn't have been ready if I moved out at 18 tbh.

2muchket! 03-24-2010 01:25 PM

Moving back into my parents house this summer at 20.

Living on my own has been pretty sweet, but I hate being so poor all the time.

Still I won't be back living there long, max 4/5 years before I get onto a training contract and find my own flat.

RouteOne 03-24-2010 01:33 PM

Yeah I want to move out within the next 2 years or so. That depends if i get a decent paying job.

Nostalgia 03-24-2010 01:37 PM

Too many people want to move out because they think it's the cool thing to do, you know? I'd rather be ready to move out than do it just to say I live on my own.

Txus 03-24-2010 01:38 PM

Been living by myself since I'm 20 (2 years ago) and it's all good so far. But yeah, paying the bills is a big ****ing headache sometimes.

P13 03-24-2010 01:38 PM

probably won't move out till after university

RetiredAt21 03-24-2010 01:49 PM

Ugh getting ready for work. :/

Txus 03-24-2010 01:50 PM

I'm getting out of work in 10 minutes :D

RetiredAt21 03-24-2010 01:51 PM

Can't wait until tomorrow. Getting paid, will be totaler krieg.

2muchket! 03-24-2010 01:53 PM

Watching Portsmouth vs Chelsea, eating some cereal.

RetiredAt21 03-24-2010 01:58 PM

What kind of cereal?

Good point. I suppose there is a massive stigma about living with your parents up until a certain age in our society. It is probably silly, but I think it may be a good thing at the same time to get people moving and establishing their own lives.

2muchket! 03-24-2010 02:23 PM

Rice Krispies and Frosties.

Angmar 03-24-2010 02:32 PM

I like living on my own for the most part.

illmitch 03-24-2010 02:32 PM

i like living in the frat tbh its a lot of fun, ill probably live on my own for grad school

gmoneyguy 03-24-2010 02:34 PM

I'm gonna move back home and live with my parents until 41-42 age range. I thinks that's socially acceptable.

Angmar 03-24-2010 02:34 PM

Dorms have been nice because I've gotten to be social all the time and meet some awesome people, next year having my own apartment/rental home is gonna be awesome though since I'll be able to do whatever the fuck I want without anyone watching over me like the RA's do in the dorms.

gmoneyguy 03-24-2010 02:36 PM

I bypassed dorms by going to cc before university. I've always heard the dorms here suck pretty bad.

illmitch 03-24-2010 02:41 PM

i was in the dorms for a year didnt mind it that much
