Which reminds me, they have a new DVD coming out in June or something. Its not gonna be like Disasterpieces.Shawn said it's gonna give more of a indept look at the band.

TTTSNB 01-29-2005 06:03 PM

I think that SLipknot is a group of excellent musicians, but their not my style. However, I have a few songs I like of theirs, which include Spit it Out, any of their songs with blast beats, and Wait and Bleed.

2. Eyeless
3. Three Nil
4. Eeyore
5. Only One
6. Purity
7. The Blister Exists
8. Diluted
9. The Heretic Anthem
10. Me Inside
11. (sic)
12. People = ****
13. Spit It Out
14. Surfacing
15. Vermilion
16. Vermilion Pt. 2
17. Disasterpiece
18. New Abortion
19. Opium of the People
20. The Virus of Life

GeeTarus 01-29-2005 07:25 PM

Personally, i think all the members are extremely talented. Even though, Chris(3) and Shawn(6) may not be needed on percussion for some songs, they are good backing vocalists live.

The only one i would have to comment on would be Craig(5). I'm pretty sure he does contribute to the songs on the albums, but when you see the Disasterpieces DVD it doesn't look like he does anything. I'm not bashing Slipknot for this reason i'm just saying it would be cooler if you could notice his contributions in concert a lot more

SLIPKNOT RULES!!!

Well Craig used to play guitar for Slipknot before their self titled album came out.

leomondaine 01-29-2005 11:12 PM
How many guitarists does slipknot have? 2 or 3? Also which one of them is better. I know Mick with that warlock, and that other guy with ibanez I think. Also which one does the solos and which one does riffs, etc.
They both play leads on the new album, kinda like trade-off slayer-type stuff.

They are both great guitar players, i havent seen Jim play enough stuff outside of slipknot to see how good his chops are though, mick ive seen that line6SpiderII video and i was pretty impressed.

Yeh i saw that today...The only difference i saw between the Australian Edition and the regular version was the Covers, Back and Front, Although i gues if i had to choose one i would get the Australian version.

btw: The concert was....Crazy. :thumb:

NnyTard 01-30-2005 04:19 AM

the tour edition has a bonus cd of live tracks and maybe remixes... it has i think 1 unreleased song on it maybe...

Arent they suposed to be re-releasing that cd sometime. I have seen it stores before. Try sam goody or camelot music.

relliK 01-30-2005 05:35 PM

No, there are no plans of re-releasing MFKR.Just download it from somewhere, that cd owns.

TheSubtleArts 01-30-2005 07:42 PM

i burned mine off a friend who had a copy of it. i would just download them, there is only 7 songs i think besides Killers are quiet (which would take forever to download and is pretty pointless anyways),, or you can buy it on ebay for like $300. sweet album though.

NnyTard 02-01-2005 03:57 AM

$300?

no thanks...

Huber 02-02-2005 05:52 PM

It's not 300 bucks. I just "bought it now" on eBay for 25.

paco999 02-02-2005 06:55 PM

why would u pay $300 for it?

I heard its awesome but c'mon.

Sleeper 02-02-2005 07:46 PM

MFKR is ok, i wouldnt but it

TheSubtleArts 02-02-2005 08:17 PM

i wasnt suggesting to anyone to buy it at that price anyways, i just went on ebay one time and saw it for 300

NnyTard 02-03-2005 12:24 AM

might that have been a new unopened one or something?

Nostalgia 02-08-2005 08:33 PM

alcoholocaust 02-08-2005 08:45 PM

TheSubtleArts 02-08-2005 08:45 PM

TheSubtleArts 02-08-2005 08:50 PM
I highly doubt they will play Liberate.
they played it on the Yegarmiester Tour and Ozzfest.
they played it on the Yegarmiester Tour and Ozzfest.
They play Liberate at almost all of their shows.
Oh and by the way, its Jagermeister.

The JoZ 02-08-2005 08:54 PM

I don't think they did Liberate when they came here this past summer...

I kind of wish they had though, even though their set was awesome.

^Dream~Theater^ 02-08-2005 08:54 PM

I seen them in Jan and they didn't play Liberate and wasn't on any of their other setlists on the tour so it's not always a for sure thing.
