Hi Lunch, I know, it sucks. :( It was a crappy day today, but it's like positive that we don't find a good house because I don't have moneyz in my bank account to pay for the rent at the moment. I think a good price would be around $200 monthly services included (and yes, that gets me a nice 3-room department) so, fingers crossed so far.

I've been better. I'm being forced to complete the thousands of odds and ends needed to prepare for my upcoming uni experience since I move in next week. Plus I haven't gotten much time to play guitar recently thanks to a series of unfortunate relationship quarrels.
