Everyone likes it. Just not as much as others do.

Little_wing 12-20-2004 10:15 PM

makes sense

Halloween Jack 12-20-2004 10:19 PM

I like St. Pepper's. Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is a great song. Obviously people like it Rolling Stone named it the #1 Best Album of All Time (I know Rolling Stone's lists aren't that great, but this still shows people like it.)

John Lennon. Although, The Beatles' agents or whoever didn't want it to be common knowledge, because it would make him less of a "heart throb."

Little_wing 12-20-2004 10:34 PM

you guys know that right after george divorced his wife Clapton married her, I guess they were having an affair. Thats what layla's about

I knew that. Layla was like the code name for Harrison's wife. I think she and Clapton were having an affair, though I'm not sure. What a great song though.

Seafroggys 12-21-2004 01:36 PM

How many movies have y'al seen with The Beatles that isn't a Beatles movie?

I.e. I've seen How I Won the War, Magic Christian, and a little bit of Give My Regards to Broad Street.

Plus I've seen all 5 real Beatle movies.

DeusExMachina 12-21-2004 02:26 PM

Apparently George Harrison was in Big Daddy... not sure if its true or not.

Walrus Gumboot 12-21-2004 07:49 PM

Day tripper.

It says, "She's a big teaser."

The original version says "She's a prick teaser."
