I'm alright, got a 5 day weekend this weekend, so tomorrow Im going to some music stores with a mate. It will be good, because my school has a day off, so the shops will be deserted, leaving everything to be played by us.

I'm back after a short hiatus. Brand spanking new computer, it's rather nice. Hopefully I'll have a little more time to get online now, but it's rather dubious. Things have been rather stressful around here lately, so I'm not sure.

Anyways, what's been happening? How are we all?

I'm doing well enough, I'm finally getting my sightreading up to par.

Nice. Mine is still a little dodgy, but it's getting there. Actually, my sightreading is fine, but my note recognition isn't great.

Meshell Ndgeocello is comming to norway... is it worth it? anyone know?

She's good. I just dunno if it's your cup of tea, she falls into the new soul category. It certainly isn;t my kind of thing, I like my soul old and nasty.

good bassists tend to get my intrest no mather what style they play... i can survive hip hop songs if i find good bass, i just ignore everything else(no ofdfence to fans of hip hop..:p)

Well, Meshell is a great bassist but don't forget that she also sings and writes all these songs. What I've heard of her music it seems that she is more into the songwriting than showing off on the bass, which is certainly worth something. I wouldn't expect to see a great bass-oriented show, though I'm sure she'll throw in a solo.
