That was essentially a nice semantics argument.

big80smullet 04-14-2008 12:50 AM

the amps are what ruin you dude. touched a 7v fence that had like 12 amps running through it and hurt heaps more than hooking up a 9v battery to my nipple (long story) cause theyre only 1.5amps

blueyxd 04-14-2008 01:00 AM

Invicta_Veritas 04-14-2008 01:55 AM

Back home (Wyoming). I've found that Arizona really isn't that great of a place for many reasons, and I have an opportunity to move back with my old guitarist and be closer to my kids (and finally have someone else to write music with).

repcak 04-14-2008 01:56 AM

cool.... :)

Invicta_Veritas 04-14-2008 01:58 AM

Yea. Things have changed an awful lot in the past couple of months, and most of it's for the better...so I took the opportunity to make everything complete--be closer to my kids, be back with old friends, all that...

Riva 04-14-2008 02:08 AM

It's very possible to generate a high voltage with a low current, thus enabling people to do things like stand their hair on end without dying.

repcak 04-14-2008 02:09 AM

this is important, to be closer to those persons you love and like.

Its the main reason why i would like to stay in vienna, cause all of my friends are here.

rasputin 04-14-2008 02:12 AM

Vienna is probably my favourite city in the world.

Riva 04-14-2008 02:15 AM

Vienna was pretty nice, yeah. I would rather live in Stockholm, Florence or Bamberg, given the choice of European cities, I reckon. If I had to live in a city other than my hometown in Australia, I'd pick Perth, funnily enough. Also, shouldn't you be out evangelising the Khlysti doctrine, rasputin?

rasputin 04-14-2008 02:42 AM

I haven't been to any of those yet, but I've heard Stockholm and Florence are beautiful. I've been to Vienna twice, and am already organising to go back and do perhaps 6 or 12 months of my degree there. Such a wonderful city.
Whereabouts in Australia do you live? I agree with you on Perth, it's a very relaxing place to live and it's great to raise children, but it is a little dull.
Haha, and I gave up on the Khlysti doctrine after I was poisoned, stabbed, shot and drowned. That sort of experience really changes your religious perspectives :D
Vienna is probably my favourite city in the world.
nice ^^
well i think there are better cities in the world than just vienna, but its ok. Barcelona is great - less for metal, but its warm ^^

You have to tell me, if you come to vienna!

rasputin 04-14-2008 03:23 AM

I was actually there in late February. I did a short exchange in Germany to improve my german and did some travelling while I was in Europe (need to make the most of it, living in Australia makes coming to Europe a goddamn hassle). But yeah, I'm definitely planning on going again, I determined to do some of my degree there :D

repcak 04-14-2008 03:42 AM

thats nice :)

Riva had been in vienna in the first week of february.

rasputin 04-14-2008 03:58 AM

Haha, everyone's coming to visit you! What's the metal scene in Vienna like? I wasn't there long enough to really find out.

the2stranger 04-14-2008 03:58 AM

Morning guys.

Sup?
The weather sucks here, so going tothe zoo us canceled for today. :(

I still want to visit Vienna.
I'll let you know once it happens Kacper.

repcak 04-14-2008 04:18 AM

The Metal Scene is pretty good here!
There are a lot of concerts: we have the Planet Music and the Szene Wien, where you can see mostly metal-bands.

Beside of that we have the famous Escape! beside of that other metal pubs like Amanaths, RIP (i still have to go there);
tbh. i just started to go out more recently and through metalblaze.at i know much more metalheads nowadays than a half year ago :p

I have to go to the university now. till later guys!

the2stranger 04-14-2008 04:26 AM

I wish my region had such a thriving metal scene.
We have quite some bands, but to say that we have a good metal scene and good places to go out/see gigs; no.

I have to travel lke an hour to go to a decent venue.

Later man.

Neoteric 04-14-2008 04:27 AM

Scotland's metal scene rules all. \m/

In fact, no it doesn't, not at all.

the2stranger 04-14-2008 04:35 AM

I don't think I know any scottish metalband.
:-\

rasputin 04-14-2008 04:44 AM

Excellent, I look forward to going :)

I'm aware of Ireland's metal scene (which is very good), but I actually haven't heard of any Scottish metal bands.

the2stranger 04-14-2008 04:47 AM

Yeah, Ireland has some good bands.
Mourning Beloveth, Primordial, Wreck Of The Hesperus (rasputin, that's actually a good recommendation for funeral doom, check out The Sunken Treshold).
:p

I'm hungry, maybe I should go for lunch now.

rasputin 04-14-2008 04:57 AM

Cheers :)
