RTL: Go aluminum for safety reasons. It's brigher in tone but they won't break as easily as paper cones.

Go paper if you don't think they'll blow. I've heard of one kid that blew his paper speakers, but he was using a head much too powerful for his cab.

Just go paper if you want the mellower tone...honestly, it won't make that much of a difference.
