Am I the only one who finds it weird when new albums come out from dead artists? I know it was recorded while he was alive, but it still seems weird that it's a new album...and he's dead.
MX has been either down or super-slow for me in the last few days.

But, in happy happy news, I found a program to play those .m4a tracks, and I've had an amazing time listening to I Ain't Marching Anymore for about a day now. I remember the poem of The Highwayman from when I was littler, it's so sad. Also, his song about Jesus makes me want to be a Christian, or at least make a Jesus Wearing A Beret stencil and spray it on all my shirts. Jesus is so awesome. I've also started writing and playing guitar again, and getting up before 12. This is probably all because it started raining again. Too much sun is bad.

mx has been slow/down for almost the last week. I'm trying to get all my posting in while I still can.

AIRIC 07-07-2006 02:06 AM

I am pleased as I just bought 5 things at the supermarket, I had a £20 note, and it came to exactly £19.99.

coheneran 07-07-2006 07:27 PM

That is awesome!

For anyone in London tommorow (Saturday), there will be a festival in some street in Camden:

Danger Bird 07-10-2006 02:04 AM

I just quit my band for no real reason.

coheneran 07-10-2006 02:23 AM

Are you sad or happy?

I am happy because I had a shite weekend, but then I downloaded a Gogol Bordello album from foropunk and now I feel better.

Undestructable!

coheneran 07-12-2006 04:47 AM

YES!! We're back!

It won't be long before you hear the tin horns blow, so start wearing purple, wearing purple for me now, because we're positive hardcore.

That basically sums up what I've been listening to lately. Oh yes, I might get to see Gogol and Bedouin Soundclash's tour this summer, for free. Press pass, why do I love you so?

Excursions 07-12-2006 02:37 PM

Stop double posting fag.

coheneran 07-12-2006 03:21 PM

It wasn't a double post you **** sucker, they are two different posts, with 5 days in between them. Moron.

Good to have you back babe.

EDIT: The post didn't mean to sound so abusive, it was supposed to be joke-insulting. Like when he calls me a fag. Sorry Edam.

Anxious 07-12-2006 03:26 PM

Stoners are for stupids.

coheneran 07-12-2006 03:54 PM

Joe, you coming to Ad7 and Sonic Boom Six on Saturday night? You should come, a friend tells me Ad7 are in debt so need the cash. Also, You, Me and the Atom Bomb are playing, they're supposed to be good, Household Name and whatnot.

sketchyjoe 07-12-2006 04:18 PM

I don't live in London at the moment, and am totally skint.

coheneran 07-12-2006 05:01 PM

Your Location lies!

Brain Toad 07-12-2006 06:42 PM

I just listened to the whole of the new Tempest album, so awesome. I may review it.

I can't wait to see them in September.

Fo sho..I am nervous tonight though...tomorrow is the big test which could be the deciding factor of me getting to work at my local record store...... :/

And I guess I am writing a cliche song because it is political?
But for me it is actually clever (imo) but still...i dunno.

AIRIC 07-12-2006 07:43 PM

I might be working at a local record store next school year. Looking forward to that.

Music. My specialty but still nervous.

AIRIC 07-12-2006 07:51 PM

Yeah I would be nervous too. If it was soley on punk rock I'm sure I would do well but I doubt it would be.

Did you know Beastie Boys were a hardcore band when they first started. Read that in American Hardcore.

Is it just me, or has MX not been working for the past few days?
