i got pics of my kit finally i wont get em til tomorrow though my bro has em. i went to GC today and got a pacific timbale for $30 and a stand and some stuff for my snare, my snare sounds really good now. ill try to post an audio tomorrow if my computer mic sounds ok. i put my 10 inch tom back on my set and took all muffling out of my bass out. its so awesome. getting a metronome next month. which is in like 2 weeks

My mom banned me from the internet and screamed at me for like 20 minutes.
I started to cry, and then she screamed more, and I hid in my room for an hour before she called me down and said I could get on the internet.

i think that a bulk of the people having stars ruins the whole purpose of stars, especially if they were just given to the person by a mod, and not through deserving posts and such. i myself know that i did nothing helpful to gain the stars, and for that reason alone, i don't want any. i don't want people to see my username and think that i am a better user/more knowledgable than the next user who doesn't have a few stars under their name, because i know that i know minimal about drums compared to the people on here who actually deserve them.

my incentive is to be the first one in my immediate family to finish school on the first try :lol: my parents have never given me money for report cards, though they have offered a few times. my marks are generally mid-60's, with a few exceptions. as long as i'm not failing something, or they don't see a "lack of effort" comment on the report card, they've learned to deal with my marks. but the absent days, i'm still thinking of excuses for the absents on my report cards :lol:
