I'm thinking 1250 +

Not amazing but above average.

Baby?!?! What? or is this just lovey-dovey wishful thinking?
1250 out of 2400? Wow, that is truly selling yourself short.

And don't get too worried, not MY baby, but my as of yet unborn half-brother.

Eitri Is Berserk 05-19-2005 08:54 PM

I'm pretty sure I'll see it this weekend. My dad wants to see the new Star Wars. .. So my chances are good. Hopefully he doesn't want to see it tommarrow.. I have my first practice with my new band. I'm rather excited about that also. So excited I'm boning up on anything and everything bass-related.

I meant 1250 out of the 1600. The writing section (essay especially)was retardedly easy. out of 2400 I'd say 1800+.

Ahhhhh... I did know about that.

Why isn't my song being commented on

As my mom would say, this is one of my "Watch me! Watch me!" moments.

Last night:

Girlfriend's brother actually let me sleep in her bed. I usually just sneak in her room after he goes to sleep, but he said it was okay with him. A lot of sex ensued :) Their is nothing quite like a see-through bra.

Today: Went to go see Star Wars. It's really, really good. I liked it a lot.

I prefer no bra myself...

I think I'll see it in a week or two.

Question for all - Should I go to prom? I have to buy my ticket tomorrow if I do go and I'll be going stag (because my lady knows 1 person from my entire school). I would just flatout not go but a few of my close friends are seniors and I'd like to see them at a last major school function before graduation.

Illmatic 05-19-2005 09:07 PM
Phew, had me worried there.
Please. I would be in a panic if it was MY kid--no damn smileys involved.

Also, how could I impregnate my girlfriend from 3,000 miles away?

I am looking forward to this, though. I want to play some role with my half-brother...plus it could make good practice for when I have to take care of my own baby down the road. Plus, babies = chick magnets. And even though I'm a one-woman guy, I'd be lying if I said I didn't like the attention.

Nicely done.

Also, only 11 days until my girlfriend flies out here. Can't freakin' wait.

ATM 05-19-2005 09:13 PM

Prom is pretty fun. It's a chance to have some fun with your friends before you all go off your seperate ways.

/was prom king

That's cool, Ray. 11 days is an eternity when you want to see your girl, isn't it?

I'm ridiculously in love with my girlfriend.

Dancin' Man 05-19-2005 09:15 PM

Alright, I suppose I'm set then. I'll make sure to be the last to sign up though so that I can make a stylishly suprising entrance.

ATM 05-19-2005 09:16 PM

I downloaded a really great song tonight. Anyone feel like hearing something new?

Oh lord, yes it is.

The most I've ever spent without seeing her before now was like, a week-plus. I haven't seen her since May 7th :(

And me too (with mine, not yours obviously, hahaha). And I think this goes beyond puppy love/teenage infatuation/lust/etc. I think this thing has legs.

Be careful. You don't want to be known as "that douchebag junior that took forever to sign up"

I feel the same way, man.

And the thing is, normally I feel so trapped when the relationship is really serious, but everything just feels right with her.

Yeah. I mean, I'd like to think that I am in a mature relationship. Me and her are certainly a more mature couple than a lot of other ones our age. I'm not sure why we click the way we do, but we seem a step ahead of other 18-year-olds in terms of how the relationship works.

Meh, it's the senior class president and a bunch of his friends trying to get me to go. Granted, he wants to see as many poeple there as possible because that;s his job, but we're pretty close so it feels more geniune. Plus my friends are disappointed I'm not going.

In terms of girls, I usually end up with really clingy ones that get way more attatched than I have any desire to be. Usually that's because I'm waiting for another girl to give me an opening (kind of a dick move to lead the others on, I know) but this time, the girl I'm with is the girl I've been wating for for a very, very long time. We'll see how things go. She's homeschooled and so has a different mind-set than most girls our age.

Well I've been with this girl for over 2 years now, with just one rough patch *cough* myspace girl *cough*.

We get along great, and don't get in fights every other day like a lot of other couples.

Plus, I don't have to put on an act or try and impress her, I can just be myself around her. I can just relax.

I didn't go to my high school prom.

But, since you actually have a reason for going, you should go.

EDIT: Once again,I have nothing to contribute in regards to the deep-in-a-relationship discussion that's going on here.

I do like reading everyone's stories, though.

All of you are so modest about them... or not :p

I remember the saga of the myspace girl all too well!

Me and my girlfriend have gone through a few rough patches (The Friend, "I'm pregnant") but we've patched them up. We handle ourselves very well. I know this isn't a passing fancy. There is a deeper connection between us, I think...I know that if times got bad we would pick ourselves out of the muck. I can't quite explain it, it's intangible.

EDIT: Cool, Lil' Jim (WHAAAT? YEEAHHH!) has stopped in

PinkFreud 05-19-2005 09:40 PM

im not a very good boyfriend. we fight a lot. mostly because i get extremely jealous due to my last girlfriend cheating on me. it wasnt a good time in my life. i like the one im with now though, except for the arguments everything has been fine.

i get out of school on wedensday. im excited.

Dancin' Man 05-19-2005 09:41 PM

This has been a very nice talk tonight, but unlike you folks, I have school tomorrow. I am ready to yet again, dominate in gym softball. Night all.

EDIT: on jealousy, I don't get jealous when and if a girl cheats beacuse I figure if she cheats on me, she doesn't like me enough to be serious anyway. WHen she's not cheating though, I can get quite jealous, just not to the point of dumb ****. More like I go out of my way to do things that keep me in favor.

gmoneyguy 05-19-2005 09:43 PM

Thinking with your penis can get you in some serious trouble.

PinkFreud: Jealousy can be extremely hard to deal with. I know how you feel.

I always assume the best in people (it's probably my worst habit), especially with this girl. I always assume she'll stay true and will make the right decisions. I never get suspicious of her around her male friends.

thats a good mindset to have with your girlfriend though. all of my suspicions are most likely unfounded. i just cant shake them.

That song would so so much better if your tone was thicker and if you played some of the notes in the begining melodies cleanly. I like that acoustic bit in the middle of the song, but it just kinda jumped out of no where, which I thougth made it cooler in the whole idea of the song.

What amp are you running and guitar?

Dancin' Man 05-20-2005 05:09 AM

I'musing mysmaller amp so that I can record at full volume without shaking the house down and a Jackson DKMGT with upgraded Seymour Dunan pickups. I just got the adapter for my amp modeler yesterday though so I'll be using that in the future. If you've heardmy previous recordings, the tone here is miles above.
