Ever played a Les Paul?

Doubt it...

Foxfire 03-21-2005 11:04 AM

They don't have them at the Guitarist Center I go to.

Well, they have an SG, but that doesn't really interest me.

When I go, I want to play basses I can't afford. I played a Pedulla Pentabuzz 5, a Peavey Cirrus 4...my Conklin kicked all of their asses. :p I just need to see if I've found my "one."

peeted 03-21-2005 11:08 AM

No way :amaze:!

Foxfire 03-21-2005 11:13 AM

Yes, I **** you not. I liked the tone I got, and it felt good, but something was still...off, I guess.

With Warwick, well...for some reason I always feel weird playing one. I don't know if it's the action, or what. I liked the 26 frets on the Warwick Thumb Neck-through I played, though. :) The only Warwick I had a great time playing was the Warwick Corvette Fretlesse I played (As always!).

Radiobass81 03-21-2005 11:16 AM

The Peavey is better, you just felt weird not having 7 strings... That must bve the reason :(...

And yes, Corvettes rule.

Possibly, I really don't know. ;) And I don't plan on spending the cash for a Cirrus anytime soon anyways. :p

I don't have a lot of rackmounted equipment, so I can't help you there :)
Maybe there are reviews on http://www.harmonycentral.com :thumb:

Foxfire 03-21-2005 02:00 PM

Hello mister dieforitall ;)
They seem to be the standard in affordable power conditioners.

Though I'm confused as to why I don't just pick up a **** power strip with a surge protector.

:p

UHM, I thought those conditioners also did give the power the amp/tuner/whatever needs.. so they really give them their portion or something.. instead of the regular V..

Don't know for sure

Yman 03-21-2005 02:13 PM
