My best oppurtunity to be in a band would be to join my friend's electro weird band.

 Punx

I return from my 5 day trip the the Magic Kingdom. I just got back to my grandparents house 2 hours ago and my house an hour ago after about 8 hours on the road with two wild young'uns, so I'm a bit dead on my feet. I had a really and have journal entries of the trip (except for yesterday and today) on my Livejournal. Pictures to come.

I'm really tired and kind of dizzy right now, so I won't be able to mod/chat/get on slsk until probably tomorrow.

Lame. You should have come to Russell Square on Saturday night, we had the best closing party this side of the Thames, ever. DJs in the bar, drum'n'bass in the fish room, live bands in the hall, live acoustic bands/jamming+bonfire in the backyard, and then me working the door for five hours, off my head on E. This weekend was fun.

Liebensaft 06-26-2006 11:28 AM

I watched Portugal vs. The Netherlands yesterday, and it ended 1-0. I hate when scores are that low. It gets kind of boring.

I'm glad I made it out there. Good times.

Liebensaft 06-27-2006 12:31 PM

Wow. The community thread almost fell off the first page.

Ghostfire3 06-27-2006 12:51 PM

Yeah, it's been really slow.

Liebensaft 06-27-2006 01:12 PM

So what's up, party people? Rx Bandits last night was insane. We hung out afterwards and got to talk to Matt (lead singer/guitar). He was a cool dude. All the friends that were with me were female and wanted hugs, and I got a handshake and he said "don't be afraid of man hugs" and we had a gross sweaty man hug. He signed my ticket stub and I bought a t-shirt.

Ghostfire3 06-27-2006 01:15 PM

Sounds like fun. Especially the sweaty man hug. :p

Well thank you sir.:) I was actually thinking of changing it to the cover of I Ain't Marching Anymore by Phil Ochs but I couldn't find an image of it that was small enough.
