That kind of sucks. I always find myself saying that I just really want to be in a band, but then the opportunity comes along with people I don't like and I turn it down.

Right now I'm in a "band" that does a couple covers and then we just jam. It was our third show yesterday, I think we get 40$ each. Our first shows were both through the school (variety show and battle of the bands). Sadly, I'm the youngest in the band, and they've all graduated. A couple of them will be moving away in a few months, and the other two will not want to be in a band with me. Their talents excel me.

But I might be joining a ska band with a friend, and all his friends that I don't know too well. That would kick ***.
