Something Corporate..

Heh, I just listened to Good Charlotte. I win !

Check out these lyrics by Good Charlotte, they are extremely funny.

No one in this industry
Understands the life I lead
When I sing about my past
It's not a gimmick not an act
These critics and these trust fund kids
Try to tell me what punk is
But when I see them on the street
They got nothin to say

Woodstock 05-19-2005 04:50 PM
It's for funny contrast with Cryptopsy.

And yeah, I can't help it, it's so catchy. The lyrics are so funny too.

"Did you think that I wouldn't cry on the phone? :( "

EDIT: Come on ! You all have guilty pleasures !

Just for that, I'm gonna listen to Avril Lavigne.
I'm sorry, how were you modded again?

Wow, I don't know how to respond to that. It was pretty funny though.

Well, I'm off to a band concert at my high school. I think this is my last post of the day. Good night, every body.

As soon as you stop listening to The All-American Rejects.

Permanent Solution 05-19-2005 05:29 PM

There's nothing wrong with listening to AAR every once in awhile guys...

Dancin' Man 05-19-2005 05:46 PM

I'd approve of AAR way before I approve of listening to GC unless it was that first sing;e they ever released.

Name a few? I haven't found one that I dislike..

magicbus 05-19-2005 07:04 PM

Did anybody talk about Star Wars yet? I saw that yesterday (today actually I guess) and it was pretty sweet. I was very happy.

Eitri Is Berserk 05-19-2005 07:12 PM

Zepfan mentioned it. He said he saw it at midnight. I might see it this weekend. Don't spoil it for me, though. :/

Yea I saw it at midnight too, after being at an amusement park from 10-8. I was dead tired today. But yea it was sweet, and I won't spoil it.

trev913 05-19-2005 07:33 PM

Yeah. I think I have a chance to go see it tomorrow. But I don't think I will. My dad wants to see it. When we see a movie together, he buys the tickets as well as the grub and drink, so if we see it, I won't have to lose any money.

MSN actually gave the new movie a 2.5/5. But from what I've been hearing from my hombres, it was good.

gmoneyguy 05-19-2005 08:01 PM

I feel bad for all of you kids that have to go to school next year.

magicbus 05-19-2005 08:06 PM

Where are you going to college?

NP: Bob Marley - Waiting In Vain

CemetaryGates9 05-19-2005 08:09 PM

I have to go to school next year, and next, and next, etc.

gmoneyguy 05-19-2005 08:11 PM

Local community college. The im going to move to New Mexico and finish college with my Girlfriend at UNM

Dancin' Man 05-19-2005 08:18 PM
I feel bad for all of you kids that have to go to school next year.
Shut it. On the brightside - I get 2 periods a day for my independent study. That being movie making. Which I love. I may be getting AP art credit for it as well.

Oshi... I may hav ejust finished my prog metal comp piece. It is my finest work. Not that that means anything because the majority of what I do is crap, but I feel so proud of this you wouldn't believe. Plus I got a sample of the Borg speech in. I was really confused why soundclick wouldn't take it then I realized the kbps was set at 320 making the song over 15 mb large. I cut it down to 192 because I figure that is still prety good quality and under the soundclick 10 mb limit on free members.

DM: How do you think you did on the SAT? I know that they're done in early May, so I'm wondering.

Also, we've started deciding on names for the baby :)

Dancin' Man 05-19-2005 08:46 PM

I'm thinking 1250 +

Not amazing but above average.

Baby?!?! What? or is this just lovey-dovey wishful thinking?

MAthiAS 05-19-2005 08:49 PM

Uhh... night all, I just got home from Star Wars. Pretty good, not amazing, but I enjoyed it.
