Yeah, the meat tends to be lower quality the more fat they put it in and it's funny seeing crappy patties shrink to half their original size because of how fatty the meat is.

Brent I've cooked way more than you and you can make good burgers out of 95% lean, buffalo is about that lean and it makes awesome burgers too.
