if I did p90x i'd probably have to eat at least 2500 cals a day and my parents already get annoyed at grocery bills where I eat 1600 a day usually plus I'm too lazy to buy the shit you need for p90x plus that guy is the most obvious coke addict ever plus it's way too much work |

i do push up variations, weight lifting, some abs, exercise bike for cardio

I go to the gym every other day or so and don't eat unhealthily as a whole.
Seems to do the trick. |
I eat every three-four hours, no carbs after 7 pm, at least 20 grams of protein every meal

I don't really count calories or anything, but I take protein powder after working out and try and avoid excessive fats and it's been working great, I'm like 20 pounds lighter than I was last year and a lot more buff.

Yeah I don't count calories I just base my diet almost entirely around lean meat and dont drink soft drinks, which is more than enough to prevent excess calories

I get wasted to hell and back on weekends but other than that I'm pretty much totally sober

beer isnt really empty calories drinking it in moderation can be beneficial 2 ur health
