no sorry, with the new sound engine, its 171 mb, it'd take forever to upload, plus idk how the key works in this, it might recognize stealing.

The full version has realistic sound engines, so it sounds like actual instruments.

Yeah the demo doesn't have the RSE, so it won't sound different.

I'm getting a torrent of GP5 soon. I only use GP when completely necessary though, as I hate it and love Power Tab.

I prefer good old paper and pen.

Just record it with guitar. I don't really see the point of any computer-based midi recording thingys.

Ah, really? I couldn't live without MIDI, haha. I use programs with MIDI every day.

I would probably use them if my guitar stuff was hooked up by my computer instead of on a seperate floor. I'm not hauling my amp and everything down to use it for a little while, and my acoustic just doesn't cut it for the stuff I play.

Just buy a cheap four-track, and record any riffs you like quickly while playing. Much less time spent. I get so frustrated with Powertab, I'll forget something I made up as I write.. by the time I run upstairs, turn on my computer, and get into the program I forget a lot of it.

I use Guitar Pro all the time for compositions, I have about 80 of them on there. And it's great 'cause you can hear you stuff as a full band.

Yes same here its really usful, cause I cant send my ideas to my other band members(who also have guitar pro) and also if i want them to play this certian thing it will be right there and they can listen to it. Meaning i dont have to explain it :thumb:
