Basically what happened was my computer just randomly uninstalled Counter-Strike (WTF to the max). "No biggy" I thought, "I can just re-download it off Steam for free." Of course, irony had to get in the way of this and now counter-strike costs $19.99 to download. I am not paying for CS.

I haven't been on MX this weekend at all, been busy with My band for the school Battle of the Bands. hXc I no. We had originallyd ecided to do Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but my guitarist decided that it "would take months to learn" :mad:. So now we're playing Mercy Me by The Alkaline Trio, and our audition is on Wednesday. We have yet to practice this song together.

We're gonna fail so badly. :(

You have to try out for battle of the the bands. hahahahaha.

We just give them 25 or 50 dollars.

If we win, we get half of what they made from ticket sales, which are 5 dollars each, and all of what the other bands payed. I think. Last group who won got 250-500 dollars or so.

I don't know if my band will be entering. I've finished writing one song we'd do, and I have two other songs that I have the basis for, and they song promising to me. We've also got a guy who said he's willing to scream for us, and he said he sounds kinda like the dude from Refused.

We'll see.
